A strong brand identity has a huge impact on a business - a successful identity is one of the key ways to help people understand your offer and to differentiate yourself. This course explores all the aspects of creating a brand, from initial concepts through to design development and final application. Working individually and as a group we'll define your brands identity and clarify your communication before you develop ideas on paper and on screen. Researching the market will shape your understanding of the creative process before you start experimenting with various elements such as design, type and colour. Whether you're creating your own identity or launching a new product, this course will help you understand the creative process from a conceptual standpoint, with the opportunity to
apply your finished brand identity over relevant forms of media.

Lisa Gellender has run a successful independent design studio in London for over 18 years working with leading fashion and retail brands such as Selfridges, New Look & L'Oreal.
