Kidswear design is a niche market, but with the recent popularity of designers launching kidswear ranges the market is evolving very quickly. The course is aimed at those who want a career in childrenswear; the courses aim is to examine the childrenswear market through research and expert advice from professionals in the business. By the end of the course you will have been taught on improving your design skills, information on how to succeed in the industry and insider information on how the childrenswear market works. The course will include a guest lecture and  portfolio review.

Matthew Holroyd is a freelance stylist and art director for brands such as Burberry Children and Alex and Alexa, as well as the Fashion Editor of Junior Magazine which is often described as the Vogue of kidswear. Throughout his career he has worked closely with designers in the highstreet and luxury market as an editor, stylist and art director.
