Personal Styling

Sal Majumder

Personal fashion style can be a developed skill. It encompasses our unique personality, how we want to be seen and our fashion aspiration. The course will look at trends, colours and fashion inspiration. Get confident in your own style, find your fashion inspiration and looks that suit you and your lifestyle. Students are not asked to design and make garments on this course.

Sal's previous experience includes assisting Trinny and Susannah during Style in the City, Birmingham 2008. In the same year Sal received a Beacon Award for Excellence in work for Employers for designing and making a dress for promotion of goods by Centrepiece Jewellery. Also in that period Sal worked as a Visual Merchandiser and Window Dresser for a vintage store. Most recently worked for Alexander McQueen and the British Fashion Council as part of my industry year out at Central Saint Martins (FCP). Currently building a portfolio as a freelance stylist.
