You may select ONE of the following three options to apply:

Option 1

- Apply directly to Central Saint Martins
Select this option if you are only applying to Central Saint Martins or undergraduate courses within University of the Arts London.

Send this completed form to the International Office with your portfolio and all supporting documents. APPLY EARLY. While there is no deadline for applications, we strongly advise that you apply early and no later than the end of April for September entry, especially as popular courses can fill up quickly.

Option 2

- Apply through UCAS (Universities and Colleges Admissions Service) Visit the UCAS website for full information on how to submit an application through UCAS (including video guides on UCAStv (http://www.ucas.tv/)

UCAS deadlines:

For ALL BA Courses the deadline is 15th January.

The UCAS code for University of the Arts London is U65.

Option 3

- Apply through one of our official representatives in your country
Select this option if you would like to apply through one of our official ual representatives in your country.

There are five steps to apply:

Most undergraduate courses require you to submit a portfolio:

The following courses do not require a portfolio. You will be asked to provide examples of your written work.

4. Prepare your supporting documents

Your application needs to include:

  • A detailed personal statement
  • At least one academic reference
  • Certified copies of any official academic transcripts, certificates and English language qualifications you have - do not send originals as you will need them when you make a visa application
  • We strongly advise you to indicate the level of your current English language skills (e.g. IELTS 5.0) on your application form

Your UK Immigration History

The UKBA has very strict rules on the total number of years that can be spent studying in the UK on a Tier 4 General Student Visa. It is crucial that you tell us your UK immigration history at the start of the course application process.
